During the year 2011, His Excellency Bishop Jean Marie Roger Kozik, Founder of Fraternite Notre Dame, had its humanitarian aid activities continued, to benefit destitute populations in rural, isolated and mountainous areas, in the 2nd and 4th communal sections of Petionville, and the Belle Fontaine area of the Croix des Bouquets Commune.

CONAFE, or Coalition of African NGOs Working with Children, is a Pan-African alliance present in almost all the African countries which brings together in every country the NGOs working with and in favor of children, promoting the implementation of Children's Rights as recommended by the Convention on Children's Rights and the African Chart for the Well Being and Rights of Children.
