During the year 2011, His Excellency Bishop Jean Marie Roger Kozik, Founder of Fraternite Notre Dame, had its humanitarian aid activities continued, to benefit destitute populations in rural, isolated and mountainous areas, in the 2nd and 4th communal sections of Petionville, and the Belle Fontaine area of the Croix des Bouquets Commune.
